The above prices mean per week.
The stay begins at 4 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m.
For a reservations you should pay a deposit of Euro 200 to Euro 400.
Prices include:
- Air climated, the use of fully furnished flat with kitchen utensils, colour TV with satellite reception, telephone, hairdryer, safe.
Supplementary Charges:
- Final compulsory cleaning to be payed on the spot (from € 30 to € 60)
- Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen € 12 per person and per week
- Extra bed in appartment: from € 20
- Compulsory caution money from euro 100 refundable on departure after the apartment has been checked.
- Extra cleaning: up on request (€ 50 for one week)
- Coin laundry and ironing service
- Internet connection up on request (extra)
- Air conditioning gratis from 01.6 to 12.9.10
- For the stays of little pets (by previeus request), compulsory final cleaning will be doubled
- Up on request: bed and breakfast.
- Heated swimming pool (from 22.5.2010 to 21.9.2010).
